I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solutions-Focused techniques to help individuals navigate their struggles with depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal ideation, trauma, identity, and more.

MATERNAL MENTAL HEATH

It's more than just 6 weeks...

I work with parents and parents-to-be for a variety of reasons: anticipation of growing your family (including adoption and surrogacy,) infertility, pregnancy loss and grief, processing a traumatic birth, preparing for birth (including preparing for birth after sexual assault or abuse,) postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, and more. 

*Babies up to 12 months old are welcome to join parents in session.
